Do i need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, really busy at times, To avoid any disappointment, Please ring us to book an appointment in advance.

What happens if i can't make the appointment?
Please let us know within 48 hrs where possible, We can then book another appointment with your.

What happens if it is raining, snowing?
We are unable to polish nor can we undertake any inside valeting in wet unless you can provide cover, If this is the case, We will let you know on the booking day.

What cleaning products do you use?
We only use the autoglym valeting cleaning system, Ask to see we will show you.

Vehicle accessibility?
We do need to be next parked to your vehicle where possible & to have room.

Do you need water or electricity?
No, We are fully equipped with water container & electricity.

Pet Hairs?
If there is pet hairs inside, There will be an additional charge due to the extra time it takes to remove them.
