Do i need to book an appointment?
Yes, We get really busy at times, To avoid any disappointment, Please ring us to book an appointment will in advance.

What happens if i can't make the appointment time?
Please let us know within 48 hrs where possible, We can then book another appointment with you.

What happens if it is raining?
We are unable to polish paintwork nor can we undertake any interior valeting in the wet unless you can provide cover, If this is the case, We will let you know on the day.

What cleaning products do you use?
We only use the autoglym valeting cleaning system.

Vehicle accessibility?
We do need to be next to your vehicle where possible & to have room to work safely.

Do you need water or electricity?
No, We are fully equipped with a big water tank & use a generator for electricity.

Pet Hairs?
If there is an extreme amount of pet hairs inside a vehicle, There will be an additional charge due to the extra time it takes to remove them.
